I'm a newbie to this so, maybe I'm just missing it - but there doesn't seem to be a space where I can put basic info about myself, so I'll post it here.
Muslimah. I'm married with a toddler and one on the way. Revert. Stay-at-home homeschooling Mom -university grad - ex-corporate IT cog - love to read - into "domestic" stuff like knitting, sewing, crochet (Ravelry anyone?) cooking, also like to paint and draw. Striving to expand my Islamic knowledge and deepen my Islam. Would love to meet interesting, engaged sisters out there. That's the nutshell version for now.

Am blogging about this lecture, because I found it quite inspirational. Am trying to keep building my Islamic knowledge so it was wonderful to encounter many of the early Muslimahs that the speaker uses as examples.
